4. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
Aroma & Glow reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where necessary.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service.
Aroma & Glow is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Aroma & Glow within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs where possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or partially used cosmetic and home fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under UK legislation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroma & Glow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased from this website.
