Legal Position in the UK

In the UK, home fragrance products are regulated as consumer chemical products and must comply with applicable legislation, including UK CLP regulations and IFRA standards.

There is no official “pet-safe” certification for home fragrance products in the UK.
For this reason, fragrance products should never be promoted or understood as safe for direct animal exposure.

There is no legal classification of home fragrance products as “pet-safe” or “pet-friendly.”
Fragrance products are not tested, approved or licensed for direct use around animals and must never be marketed as such.

How Fragrance Can Affect Pets

Using Aroma & Glow Products Safely Around Pets

General Guidance (Recommended)
