Aroma & Glow is a UK-based small business offering handmade home fragrance products.
All products are created in small batches and intended for home fragrance use only.
2. Products & Descriptions
I make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and information are accurate. However:
- Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of products
- Scent perception is subjective and may vary from person to person
- Minor variations do not constitute faults
All products must be used according to provided instructions.
3. Safety & Use
Aroma & Glow products are intended for home fragrance purposes only.
Customers are responsible for:
- Using products as directed
- Following safety guidance provided
- Ensuring safe placement away from children and pets
Aroma & Glow is not liable for misuse, improper handling or failure to follow instructions.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at my discretion.
5. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services. Aroma & Glow is not responsible for postal delays once items have been dispatched.
Incorrect address details provided by the customer may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted unless:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Refunds are issued at my discretion once the issue has been reviewed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aroma & Glow products are used at the customer’s own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroma & Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

All content on this website, including text, branding, product names and imagery, is the property of Aroma & Glow and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
