Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Aroma & Glow.

As a small, handmade business, I aim to ensure every order arrives safely and meets expectations. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Your Rights Under UK Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


2. Change of Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have 14 days to cancel an online order.

However, due to the nature of home fragrance products, the following applies:

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The seal has been broken
  • The product has been used

If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • Wax melts
  • Aroma Crystals
  • Fabric Sprays
  • Scent Drops
  • Reed & Flower Diffusers
  • Car Fragrance products

Unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.


5. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


6. Incorrect Use

Aroma & Glow is not responsible for damage or issues resulting from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Improper storage
