All products are handmade in small batches, and each order is prepared with care and attention.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days.

During busy periods (seasonal launches, promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

Aroma & Glow currently ships within the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact me before purchasing.


3. Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable UK courier services such as:

  • Royal Mail - main service
  • Evri
  • Other tracked courier services where applicable

Delivery options (e.g. Tracked 24 / Tracked 48) are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched:

  • Tracked 24: usually 1–2 working days
  • Tracked 48: usually 2–3 working days
  • Standard services: typically 2–5 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays beyond my control.


5. Tracking

Tracking information is provided where available and will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Aroma & Glow is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect customer information
  • Additional shipping charges required for re-delivery

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Please allow the full estimated delivery period to pass
  • Check tracking updates
  • Contact me for assistance

Claims for lost parcels may require confirmation from the courier before replacement or refund is considered.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

Each case will be reviewed and resolved fairly.


9. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. However, I will always do my best to assist with any issues.
